Welcome to FlyDoha (https://flydoha.qa). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FlyDoha website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
FlyDoha is a global flight and hotel comparison platform headquartered in Doha, Qatar. We do not sell tickets or hotel rooms directly. Instead, we aggregate and display pricing information from airlines, online travel agencies, and hotel booking platforms ("Partners") to help you compare options and find the best deals. When you select a booking option, you are redirected to the Partner's website to complete your purchase.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3.1 License. Subject to these Terms, FlyDoha grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
3.2 Restrictions. You agree not to: (a) copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service; (b) use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar technologies to access or collect data from the Service without prior written consent; (c) attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations; (e) reproduce, duplicate, or exploit the Service for any commercial purpose without express written permission from FlyDoha; or (f) impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
3.3 Account. Certain features of the Service may require registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4.1 Price Display. Prices displayed on FlyDoha are sourced from our Partners in real time and are subject to change without notice. While we strive to display accurate pricing, FlyDoha does not guarantee that the prices shown will be available at the time of booking. The final price is always determined by the Partner at the point of purchase.
4.2 No Contractual Relationship. FlyDoha is not a party to any booking transaction between you and our Partners. Your purchase is subject to the Partner's own terms and conditions, cancellation policies, and privacy practices. FlyDoha bears no responsibility for any issues arising from bookings made through Partner websites.
4.3 No Hidden Fees. FlyDoha does not charge users any fees, markups, or commissions. The Service is completely free to use. Our revenue comes from referral partnerships with airlines and booking platforms.
All content on the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the overall design and arrangement — is the property of FlyDoha or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without prior written consent from FlyDoha.
The Service contains links to third-party websites, including airline and hotel booking platforms. These links are provided for your convenience only. FlyDoha does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy. FlyDoha uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience, analyze usage, and deliver relevant content. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. FlyDoha disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. FlyDoha does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed on the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlyDoha and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service. In no event shall FlyDoha's total liability exceed the amount you have paid to FlyDoha (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FlyDoha and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party.
FlyDoha reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
FlyDoha may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Doha, Qatar.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FlyDoha regarding the use of the Service.
Waiver. The failure of FlyDoha to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without FlyDoha's prior written consent. FlyDoha may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.
